Provides direct patient care for an individual or group of adolescent, adult, and/or geriatric patients within an inpatient psychiatric unit. Acts as member of a multidisciplinary treatment team and reports to the Patient Care Manager. Participates alone, or with a co-therapist, in various psychotherapy groups, including activities, educational, recreational, and community milieu treatment groups or programs. Assists in maintaining patient and unit safety and security. Assists in the performance of various treatment procedures.
Requirements: Bachelor''s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related Human Services field. One year experience in the Human Services field preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
