The position is great for someone highly skilled and wanting flexibility with a telehealth model and in person sessions as needed and to make a really great private practice income while combining high independence with support and supervision.
You will have the opportunity to build a caseload of clients that fits your interest and expertise within an established structure with many supports so you can focus on your clinical work without the additional large burdens of administrating your own practice! Services provided:
We are looking for Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join a strong, cohesive, and collaborative team that provides outpatient counseling with individuals, couples, families, or groups.
Conduct intake assessments, individual therapy and/or group therapy.
Develop achievable goals with client with measurable and behavioral objectives within designated timeframes.
Monitor treatment progress and provide updates within identified timeframes as necessary.
Provide referrals and linkage to community and internal resources as necessary to address client need.
Secure reimbursement by providing accurate documentation and submitting progress notes in a timely manner.
Complete documentation within designated timeframes as established by CMHA and external regulatory agencies.
Compensation:
Fee for Service (1099) $19 - $90 based on 60/40 split and service provided Guaranteed rates - paid ahead of collections Requirements:
Obtains an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT for practice in Connecticut At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, Family and Trauma-informed care approaches (although not exclusively) Can commute to Waterbury, CT location as needed, In-Person or Hybrid Professional liability insurance Workers Compensation Insurance - reimbursed annually Minimum of 20 hours per month EPIC (EMR) experience strongly preferred or willingness to attend EPIC training Schedule:
