5 Quick Apply Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description We are looking for an experienced CNC Swiss Set-Up and Operator with at least 5 years' experience with Tsugami and Star CNC machines for our First Shift.
A keen eye for detail and a great mechanical aptitude are essential for this position.
A knowledge of programming CNC Swiss Machines and experience in quoting are a plus to this position.
We manufature CNC Swiss Screw Machine products and are Quality System Registered to ISO-9001:
2015.
Responsible for the daily operation of assigned machines.
Responsible for proper preventative machine maintenance and cleaning.
Able to read blueprints, technical drawings and an understanding of production procedures.
Responsible for producing all parts in accordance with customer prints.
Inspect parts produced hourly throughout the shift and where applicable, in accordance with control plans.
Able to inspect parts with precision using measuring tools.
Having knowledge of Keyence measuring system a plus.
Responsible for setting up new jobs and producing first piece approval for quality control.
Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules and standards.
