21 an hour The Multi-Unit Regional Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational performance of multiple food service units within a designated region.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring that each unit consistently delivers high-quality food and exceptional customer service while meeting financial and operational goals.
The Regional Supervisor will work closely with individual franchisees and / or company chefs to provide guidance, support, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
The Multi-Unit Regional Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of our food service units within the region.

The position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and support the day-to-day operations of multiple food service units, ensuring compliance with quality, service, and safety standards.
Collaborate with Regional and Operations Manager to develop and implement operational improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Recruit and train franchisees and company chefs to maintain a high level of competence, motivation, and job satisfaction.
Conducts monthly routine inspections within assigned stores Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation protocols to meet regulatory requirements.
Ensure that each unit consistently maintains high food quality, presentation, and service standards.
Maintain clear and effective communication between corporate headquarters, Regional Manager, and the Director of Operations.
Prepare and submit regular reports on regional performance, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Resolves client and customer satisfaction related challenges Plays a pivotal role in the opening of new units
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related experience.
Proven experience in multi-unit or regional management within the food service industry.
Sushi experience preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
Ability to effectively manage a diverse workforce.
Willingness to travel within the designated region.
