00 an hour Quality Control Inspector Duties:
- Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards - Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to perform accurate measurements - Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities in the products - Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns in product quality - Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of quality control activities - Communicate any quality issues or concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution - Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve overall product quality
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in quality control or a related field preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in measurements - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers - Knowledge of quality control principles and practices - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data effectively - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Night Shift.
