Automotive Technicians

Position:
General Motors Qualified A and B Level Technicians
Department: Service
PURPOSE:
The mission of the Service Department is to maintain and repair our guest vehicles to the highest level of quality, speed and accuracy. Creating a long lasting, trusting, and mutual beneficial relationship with our guests.
Responsibilities:
Make Flat Rate Hours consistently
Be able to work on a wide range of jobs (Engine, Transmission, Electrical, ect) of General Motors and other makes of vehicles, in Warranty, Customer Pay and Internal Work.
Maintain a low level of comeback vehicles after completing service work
Accurately Diagnose and fix guest concerns
Work with computer system to update Service Tickets (RO) and accurately note tickets with time stamps, codes, and other necessary documentation
Must be able to complete and maintain GM and ASE Trainings at highest level
Must work well with supervision, and be willing to help others as needed
Shows a professional approach towards guests, co-workers and the public at large.
Demonstrates adherence to company procedures.
Comes to work on time and is dependable.
Is self-disciplined and works without constant supervision.
Maintains a positive attitude about the job.
Shows a willingness to perform all duties of the position.
Demonstrates pride and professionalism towards the company.
Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
Must have valid drivers license.

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience and ability, top level technicians made over $100,000 last year. 401k, Health, Dental and Vision. Paid Vacation and Paid Training.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
