Sentinel Solutions, Inc. is expanding again and we are looking for inexperienced/under-employed professionals who are looking to get their foot in the door or take their career to the next level. Sentinel Solutions, Inc. is the leading direct-marketing firm in Waterbury, CT and we have several entry-level sales & marketing positions available. Our main client, who is a Fortune 100 business, has outsourced our company to do marketing for them because our methods of direct marketing are so efficient and effective.
We do not do any door-to-door or telephone sales and marketing
What we are looking for:
With expansion comes the need for new leaders. Everyone starts off in the entry-level position because we believe in organic growth.
We are looking for sales & marketing representatives, but more so we are looking for those individuals that want the opportunity to grow into a leadership and management position.
PROMOTIONS FROM WITHIN - We never hire any managers from outside of our company because we believe that to be an effective manager, you have to have done the job of those individuals you are leading.
We promote based on performance, not seniority or background, so everyone has the same opportunity for advancement.
