Bilingual Call Center Supervisor

We are currently looking to immediately hire an inbound call center supervisor to process incoming calls from our sales agents. They will also need to deal with new customers and to answer any questions or concerns that they may have.
Ideal candidate must be:
Enthusiastic with professional phone presence
Quick learner
Organized with close attention to detail
Great work ethic
Ability to work in an energetic, fast paced environment
Required skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service/sales experience
Computer skills -- Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask -- must be able to simultaneously think, talk, and type
Handle a high volume of calls in a timely and effective manner
Works well with a team with the ability to take instructions well from others
Excellent verbal and written skills
Bilingual is a MUST! (fluent in English and Spanish)
Pay & hours
Depends On Experience
Monday to Friday -- 1 to 9; alternating Saturdays -- 12 to 8Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
